  The Wounded Warrior Project exists to honor and empower men and women who incurred service-connected injuries on or after September 11, 2001. On that date, America watched in horror as approximately 3,000 people died, including hundred of firefighters and rescue workers. The project seeks to identify and provide for those who give their lives on behalf of every American. site >

• WHEELCHAIR FOUNDATION

  The Wheelchair Foundation delivers wheelchairs to recipients around the world. Wheelchairs are delivered directly to those unable to leave their homes. Additionally, wheelchairs are given to those able to meet in a central location. In front of hundreds of family, friends, and Rotarians, people receive the opportunity to gain mobility. Over 500 wheelchairs have been given to individuals of all ages who have never experienced the benefits of mobility. site >
